On the basis of the emission plan approved by the Ministry of Transport, Posts and Telecommunications of the Slovak Republic, Postal Philatelic Service (POFIS) of the Slovak Post Office, is responsible for printing and realisation of issues in the required quantity for the operation purposes of the Slovak Post Office and philately.
