I have been informed that a one time charge of 330SKK on foreign orders of stamps. Explain why this was started on 1 July 2005.

From 1th October 2005 Slovak Post has changed the service charge as follows: 1, For Czech Republik 50,- SK For European Union countries 150,- Sk For other countries 330,- Sk This price does not contain the VAT of 19% 2, The Slovak Post does not count the charge for packing and the postal charges.
