In the issue plans of the Slovak postal stamps, the issue dedicated to Easter theme or motif related to this feast or season can be regularly found. The stamps presenting folk customs or the series of stamps with folk-costumes were published in the last years files. For this year issue, a competition for the Easter stamp was adverted. Among the 15 participants were experienced creators of stamp graphics and beginning artists as well.
