Biennial of Illustrations Bratislava (BIB) is the international competitive exhibition of illustrations for children books. Works reproduced in this edition are illustrations which were awarded by the International Jury on the BIB 2001. 290 illustrators from 43 countries of the world participated at this exhibition. The International Jury awards with prizes: Grand Prix, 5 Golden Apples, 5 Plackets and honourable acknowledgement for publishers.
