PostEurop - organization of European postal operators, which is proposing themes for the mutual extemalization within the framework of emission line "EUROPA" for postal messages of Europe, suggested a small change for the year 2000. Emission "EUROPA 2000" expressed the common theme that it should be by a joint united proposal which would symbolically unite the postal messages ans express the idea of Integration of Europe through the united edition itself.
