Why from 2004 the most of the issues are printed in offset?
I like very much the engraved stamps printed in recess -

You are right, in the year 2004 were 2 stamps engraved and printed in recess printing only.
This year will be engraved and printed in recess 8 stamps.
Solidarity with Asia, President of SR, Nature conservation 2 stamps,Technical Monuments 2 stamps and Art 2 stamps.
